ORDER PREPARATION
We lovingly prepare and dispatch most orders within 1–3 business days.
When your item requires special ceremonial preparation or is created to order, please allow 5–7 days for completion.
If any delay arises, we’ll keep you informed with clarity and respect.
Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a tracking link as soon as it is on its way.

If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or customs refusal, you’ll be notified and may be asked to cover the cost of re-shipping.
